They do not honor their gift certificates. They will happily sell them to you but if you try to redeem one they WILL NOT HONOR them when you try to use them. The will actually try to sell you another gift certificate that is worth less for the same price instead of honoring the original one. I am not sure how the food is since I never got the chance to try it... but if the way they treat potential customers (by tricking them into buying worthless certificates) is indicative of the food I guess I am not missing much. Thumbs down 100%.

I ordered delivery and was told 45 minutes max. I have ordered from here before and received my pizza less promptly each time. This particular day, I waited much longer than 45 minutes and after 1 hour and 30 minutes tried to call and was hung up on twice. I then called twice more and was told the delivery man "had just left". I am a 5 minute drive from Giovanni's and waited an additional 30 minutes for the delivery man. When he arrived I very nicely explained that i would not be paying for the pizza but I would tip him for his trouble. The delivery man called his manager and was instructed to return with the pizza. I then called the restaurant myself and explained what had just happened and was told to give the phone to the delivery man. Once again he told me that the owner wanted the pizza back. I no longer care to give Giovanni's my business even though the pizza is good.
